Short answer: no.
I've read the code for this, so I I'll add some more info about the feature if you care to know.
Why can't we view notification content?
It was clearly a deliberate decision to make the notifications like this based on the code. I'm guessing it's because the the point of profiles for many who use GrapheneOS is to completely isolate different identities / groups of apps. Like, for example, someone (not me) can switch profiles and let their little siblings play a game on their phone but the kids can't read incoming Tinder notifications.
Why can't we use enhanced notification features for forwarded notifications?
First, same reason as above. If the notification content isn't available, you can't know how to interact with it.
Second, the forwarded notification is served by the core system, not the originating app. It's just not feasible to have the core system dynamically display and send enhanced notification actions back and forth across profiles.
