Loosely speaking (I am not an attorney), if the use of a mark is to explain, denote, reference, etc., in a truthful fashion, some product or service, that often is fine. For example, if you had a page about which operating systems you use, with sections for Haiku, Plan 9, RedoxOS, and GrapheneOS, and if the section headings were the name of each operating system with the logo next to the name, and if clicking on the section headings/logos took viewers to the web sites for those operating systems, that would likely be fine.
But my example is purely speculative; the original post doesn't say much about what the intent is.
