Possible to add double press flashlight to power button??? It's killing me not having this feature, and also double tap to lock the screen just like double tap to unlock.

CP1K no, because of priorities, but you're free to build GOS for your device with this features since it's open source.

CP1K this app rootlessly let you setup volume keys to control flashligt. It's available through Accrescent, however the volume key toggling feature is available only in the versions downloadable from Github, F-droid, and PlayStore.

CP1K Try out flashdim. Its not the ideal solution but having to press the volume up and down at the same time, while the screen is on, is better than to not have the feature at all

Put a shortcut for the flashlight on the corner of the lockscreen. This works without unlock.
Settings > Display > Lock Screen > Shortcuts > Flashlight

Double tap to unlock? You can do with one.
Settings > Display > Lock Screen > Tap to check phone [On]

Double tap to lock screen? You can do with one.
Power button from anywhere.
