Play integrity not working on 9a as it does on 8a

Hello! I have been running GOS on a pixel 8a well and play services have been working as expected. I recently got a pixel 9a and have been installing apps that I have on my old device on my new device. The Uber Driver app requires the integrity API works on the 8a and doesn't work on the 9a. Settings seem to be identical, only difference is I can see an option in settings to block integrity API per app on the 8a but not the 9a. Any ideas?

thesolar This may be a silly question, but are the parts of Play installed on the 9a, and have they been given the same permissions as on the 8a? Are the location settings the same on both devices? How about the permissions on the Uber Driver app?

If the Uber Driver app was installed on the 8a some time ago, it is possible that since then they have upgraded the checks done while registering the app on a device for the first time.

For clarity, it runs fine on the 8a, but not the 9a

de0u Google play services (app) and Play store (app) have the same permissions. Same permissions on the Uber Driver app. The error is that after logging in, the app says that my phone is not compatible due to being "jailbroken" or "not properly connected to google services". Thank you for your reply

It does, thank you, I checked all of the things mentioned in the thread by the person that got it working but it all seems to be identical, I'll keep looking but it might just be that it's no longer compatible.
