Audio quality during phone calls

Hi !
My interlocutors sometimes complain about not hearing me well during Signal calling. It seems that there is no voice isolation and ambiant noises are heard. And when I use turn the speaker on, the voice captation is not really good .(Pixel 8pro)
When I call them back from my iPhone everything is suddenly better
Is there a way to improve that ?

Signal issue i guess. I have the problem with friends lately..

D18 have you tried going to Settings>Data and Storage>Calls>Use Less data and enabling that for your connection type?

Also under Settings>Privacy>Advanced>Always Relay Calls do you have this toggled on as this can also reduce call quality.

Does both your iPhone and Pixel have the same settings enabled for these?

Thebsettings are the same on both the iPhone and the Pixel

I tried to turn on the "low data mode", I'll give it a try
