NominalSum I am not getting any mobile data for apps when not on wifi. I do recieve calls and texts. I have turned off my vpn and tried the airplane mode reset to no avail. Can anyone explain how to get the mobile data working? Thank you
Norman Have you tried Settings -> System -> Reset Options -> Reset Mobile Network settings? Or have you tried restarting your device? This sounds like you have misconfigured carrier settings. Or your carrier has something wrong on their end.
Norman Does it show you having mobile data connection (4G/LTE/5G etc)? If not, it's a carrier issue. If yes, you have something wrong with your device or have installed something blocking your mobile connection.
