New powerbank from Anker stops charging at around 80%

I was able to try two things:

Charging another GOS phone (Pixel 6a). It charges up to 100% without any issue.
Charging my phone (the P7) when it was turned off. To my suprise, it did also charge to 100%.

Don't really know what that should tell me except that GOS is not the problem.

At least I can tell everyone who has made it til here and wants to buy a new powerbank, this model doesn't seem to be causing problems in general.

rndmE When you charged your device powered off and then when you powered on was the battery reporting 100% in the OS?

Have you had the 80% battery protection toggle on in the OS?

Yes, it says 100% right now and yes, the option charging up to 80% has never been turned on.

And in addition, my wall charger has loaded the phone hundred of times to 100% over night while I have never turned it off.

Just to say I have exactly the same issue with this same Anker Power Bank A1383. Was looking for info on how to reset the power bank and came across your post.
My Phone is a Pixel 6 Pro.
It charges to between 70 and 80 percent then stops.
If I press the button it starts charging again but stops quite quickly.
I have another similar capacity power bank (cant remember make) which charges my phone to 100% every time without issue.
Phone charges to 100% from wall socket also.
