Onscreen keyboard on secondary profile

I turned off the system keyboard on my secondary profile. Every time I switch to the secondary profile the system keyboard turns back on. I primarily use Openboard keyboard.

Allow running in background is turned of for these profile. Is there way to persistently turn the default keyboard

OneKTN816 I tried to disable default keyboard and it persisted. if I had this bug I'd try to reproduce it in new secondary profile.

i dont use keyboard that often on other profiles. I will give it a try
