Devicelockcontroller spyware/pegasus?

Aight y'all I got one for you , can the devicelockcontroller be a pegasus? I've been studying this because where I live is a high transit area , lots of casinos, lots of computers;) .Ive been watching the devicelockcontroller as it is not included with device after fresh flash but it later appears with network / sensor data , after reviewing the logs it later trys to get phone and SMS permissions ?

Poofdirtpirate I believe the com.android.devicelockcontroller app is a standard Android component, with the source code living approximately here: https://android.googlesource.com/platform/packages/modules/DeviceLock/+/refs/heads/main/DeviceLockController/src/com/android/devicelockcontroller/DeviceLockControllerApplication.java

It appears that it is built into OS images, e.g., out/target/product/bluejay/apex/com.android.devicelock/priv-app/DeviceLockController@BP2A.250705.008.A1/DeviceLockController.apk.
