How do I stop the default keyboard from re-enabling itself?

In certain profiles I want to only have third party keyboards enabled, but the AOSP keyboard keeps turning itself on again.

gvprtskvni does your 3rd party kb supports all the mandatory modes for operating on password/pin entry to unlock the profile?
