Hello, I just installed Whatsapp on a Pixel8 running GrapheneOS and I'm now trying to setup the bridge between my Element One account and Whatsapp ( https://github.com/mautrix/whatsapp ).
I can connect from Element to Whatsapp, using both "login qr" or "login phone" commands, but I always get the following results in Element:
Successfully logged in as +39xxxxxxxxxx
State update for +39xxxxxxxxxx: CONNECTED
[a few seconds pass]
State update for +39xxxxxxxxxx: BAD_CREDENTIALS (wa-logged-out): You were logged out from another device. Relogin to continue using the bridge.
In the few seconds between the "CONNECTED" and the "BAD_CREDENTIALS" messages, Whatsapp on the phone shows the "wait" widget, then it exits with a "control your internet connection" error message.
The bridge to https://web.whatsapp.com/ works fine, so it does not seem a GOS network permissions problem. On the other side, the bridge between Element and Whatsapp worked fine on the previous phone (LineageOS).
Anybody has a similar setup working or some suggestions to share?
Thanks a lot
Gabriele
I understand that I have an unusual setup here, but I guess if you can help me solving this problem...
