Hello everyone,
I am about a week into GOS and have encountered an issue: It turns out, two different people have tried texting me, but I never knew this until one of them sent a phone call instead. When she told me this, we tried having her leave a voicemail, but the automated voice told her my inbox was full and could not receive any. I have not a single voicemail on this phone!
This is strange to me, as I have received texts and calls from other people with no issue.
Some additional information and a recap:
- I am using a Pixel 9a with my old sim card from Verizon
- The woman who I discovered this with is using an iPhone 13, and her associate has an iPhone 12. The 13th is with Verizon and the 12 is using Page+ which is based on Verizon
- I can send them texts and they see them just fine, but their replies do not come through on my end
-I do not believe this is an iPhone issue as my mother uses an iPhone 8 with T-Mobile as a cell provider, and she can text me just fine.
-I can send and receive phone calls from the 13 just fine, but not receive voicemails due to it claiming the inbox is full.
This is stressful! What else could I have missed? Please help!
