Pixel 9a and 8a crashing/restarting during calls

I ran the Pixel 8a with TDC as the carrier. After I switched to the Pixel 9a, I ran it in the beginning with TDC as the carrier to begin with and after some time I switched to Telia/Telenord as the carrier. The problem occurs on both phones and with both carriers.
Indecently I previously had a Pixel 4a running GOS using TDC as a carrier and living in the same location. This phone worked flawlessly, but since it ran out of updates, I switched to the Pixel 8a and 9a, which is where the problems started.

I was thinking about getting pixel.9a so wanted to wait until we have a solution or know the issue

Just to be clear. The issues happens only during phonecalls using the dialer app. Signal, Telegram, etc works without any issues.

I have now experienced the issue for at least two months. It doesn't occur in every call, but in any call over 20 minutes, the issue occurs as well during shorter calls some times. This problem is absolutely ruining my ability to use the phone, and it occurs on both my P9a and the P8a.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I do not have any crash logs, but I do of course have a system log. I'm linking to a system log, that is 10 days old. It was saved right after a disconnect. :[https://schmeling.dk/System%20log%201dbcd67d793c.txt]

While waiting, try another phone app and see if it does the same. Avoid using developer options, and turn these off. Some issues occur more frequent when using multiple users or private space.

I've had an other episode where the phone disconnected, because apparently as described above, the network cuts out and I get a warning "turn off airplane mode to make a call" and the internet bar disappears and it takes about 30 seconds, before I can make a call again.
