What is this and why can't I remove permission for it?

Can anyone help with trying to add screenshots to this post or is it not possible? I'm on a user profile. The (system?) app is called "Webcam service" and will not let me disallow camera or sensors permission saying that it needs it to function...

Does not let me remove permissions for:
Location
Network
Phone
Sensors

As in the above post, this is still on a user profile.

I also found there are 38 apps with Network permission (most can be denied except the google ones) and 116 apps with sensors permissions (most can be denied except the google ones). There is NO Google Sandbox/Services installed on this user profile. I never noticed all these "hidden" background apps on the main profile permissions, only this user profile with nothing installed.

If you didn't install the app, don't attempt to change its permissions. It's part of the OS.

DeletedUser495 I see thanks for the reply. I wonder why I never noticed all these system apps on the main profile, maybe I wasn't looking hard enough. It seems this is also the case with the Emergency Alerts broadcast feature, no way to remove permissions of it
