My wifes phone isnt recieving voicemails on GOS, she's using the GOS Dialer as her app, and when I call I get her voicemail greeting and I leave a message. However it never shows up and her box remains empty.
She was using the google dialer but when I call it there, if she doesnt pick up or declines the call, the call just ends on my end. No voicemail greeting at all.
I get the google app could be an issue with configuration but what could be wrong with the GOS Dialer? Its obvious its re-directing me to her voicemail but when she dials in to it its just empty.
Is this a GOS issue or a carrier issue? (mint)
