Error while installing with web installer

Hi everyone,
I'm currently trying to install grapheneOS in a New Pixel 6a using the Web Installer with my current Pixel 3XL. During the flashing process i geht the following error message:

Error: The requested file could not be read, typically due to permission problems that have occurred after a reference to a file was acquired.

It comes pretty late in the flashing process. (In the fastbootd screen)

I also tried my Desktop PC ( popOS and Google Chrome) but there i geht a USB error.

Mackes that's due to either using Incognito mode or not having enough free disk space on the device doing the flashing.
