If your card is not activated for 5G there' s nothing you can do.

Can't connect to my home wifi since updating to 2025100300. Have reset network settings and restarted phone. Internet working fine on other devices at home. In the phone's network settings the wifi network says "unavailable with current security settings". Pixel 8a. Will try security preview release and report back.

Reboot the router or access point?

My first guess would be that your phone might have WEP disabled (see thread).

wagg3r You appear to have something like device management configured and blocking you from using Wi-Fi. It's a configuration issue, not an issue from the update.

GrapheneOS @de0u Updated to 2025100301, same problem, was late so slept. Woke up this morning and all was well so it sounds like router jank, just a bit weird that it coincided with the previous update.

TLDR - post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy strikes again.

Also having wifi issues, all other devices are connecting normally to the routers both at home and work.

While obviously subjective, i have the impression my device it's 'effeciency' has improved significantly, seems to hold battery way longer on a p9p specifically (2025100301).
