build of 2025092700 for Pixel 7 Pro (cheetah) pulling in BP2A* not BP3A*

I've been going around in circles trying to get 2025092700 to build with BP3A.250905.014, but no matter what I clear out and what I re-init, the build environment keeps pulling in BP2A.250805.005.

Everything works in the build, and I've done plenty of clean builds, starting with 2025091000, but can't bump up the vendor build_id. I'm sure it's something simple, but I'm clearly not familiar enough with the build process to figure out what's going on. Complete build from scratch is next, but I'd hate to not know what's causing this.

barfinguh7 That's how it's supposed to be since Android 16 QPR1 has not been pushed to AOSP yet. It uses backports of specific components from BP3A.250905.014. They were supposed to push the Android 16 QPR1 tags on September 3rd. On September 10th, they said it would be available in weeks but it's still missing. It's not clear what the reason is for the delay but it appears to be a side effect of layoffs causing internal chaos negatively impacting Android.
