This sounds like you either have schizophrenia as a result of a stressful breakup or your ex must be an excellent hacker and your communication skills are terrible because of anxiety.
There is a lack of speocif inromation about hacks (times, dates, type of connection, his background, etc). If he's a programmer and pentester suddenly this sounds less unlikely. Often people with schizophrenia leave out details and when the details arr probed, they fall apart. Schizophrrnia is highly treatable if you see a psychiatrist. If it's not that, please be much clearer.
Parts of what you are sayijg are unusual. It woukd be expected for some crazed ex to have loaded a tracking App on your phone (malware) while you were together, but most malware like that doesn't jump from device to device and would be hard to remotely install on new devices. He would have to be such a good hacker to do that. You are also saying an App had 10 ports open. Which App? Which ports? For example there's a difference between 53 and 1337. If you don't know, it's still unclear. How was your bluetooth hacked? Did it stop working? Did all devices disconnect?
