Description & History
- Today I got a black screen and and freeze. I hold for round about three seconds the power button (to force shut down, right?) and after reboot the first image appears:
"Cannot load Android system. Your data may be corrupt. If you continue to the this message, you may need to perform a factory data reset and erase all user data stored on this device."
I choose 2x "Try again" and recieved the "No command" display (Pic 2).
If I hold power and volume down buttons I receive the "Fastboot Mode" screen (Pic 3). Are all data correct?
I can choose "Start", "Recovery Mode", "Rescue Mode". Each time I receive the "No command" error.
If I choose "Reload Bootloader" and holding the power button some longer time I receive (Pic 4):
"No valid operation system could be found.
The device will not boot.

It seems this step is reproduceable.
5b. After some time without any input the phone reboots by it's own and I receive the initial error message (pic 1).
- I tried again "Try again" and received the same error message.
Once I landed on a screen with a terminal (?) line at bottom. May be after selecting the "Rescue"-Option.
General
Except some settings I won't loose any important data by a factory data reset.
USB-C port: off
In past I received a few times black screens. However, after a short freeze (not everytime) swiping left to right helps to go to the home screen or former app window.
I bought the device aprox 3 month ago and used it since a few days.
I inserted my physical SIM aprox. 3 days ago. LTE only, 2G off.
Troubleshooting
What should I do for troubleshooting? Do you have any advise? Can I collect any further data which helps to identify the problem?
Or is the only way to try the factory reset?!
