Can't receive SMS. Phone number unknown.

New to Graphene. I have both sim and esim installed. Both show phone number unknown and I cant receive any app SMS, like Signal. Checked permissions (again, Signal), no SMS permission there. Other apps do the same as I dont receive messages at all, except for people, asked my friend to send me something and i received it, weirdly enough I dont have any contacts at all too.

i dont quite understand all of your post but i can say that signal hasnt been able to send or recieve sms messages for a while now, that feature was removed

Lucario1829 My problem is I cannot receive SMS from apps. I tried my bank app and I didn't receive any kind of message when I tried logging in via phone number.

vizi You're not receiving it from the app itself but rather their service and that works the same as receiving it from someone else. You have an issue with your carrier rather than GrapheneOS.
