pled Adebs graphoux Changing the search engine database resulted in DuckDuckGo going away for locales where Chromium doesn't include it. We plan to fix that by adding it to all locales and the same for Mullvad Leta. It's a known issue now and we'll avoid it happening again. You can add DuckDuckGo or Mullvad Leta yourself in the meantime by using them and then setting it as the default search engine.

The incognito icon is no longer displaying in the URL/search bar.

This may be an upstream bug. Edge still shows the incognito icon. Chrome does not.

guser39 nandohyphen1 It appears to be an upstream change in Chromium 141. We don't know if it's intended or a bug but it seems it's likely unintended.

I'm not sure how many people know this but DDG offers a no AI option at "https://noai.duckduckgo.com/". You can add it Vanadium by performing a few searches then going to Vanadium's search settings to select it.

I know this doesn't help those that had their search engine options wiped and reset. I wanted to mention it in case any were interested in a no AI DDG option while they are focused on and fixing their search engine settings.
