HID Mobile Access not working

I am using a Pixel 9 with Graphine and as of the most recent version 4.10.0 update - i am unable to be prompted to enter a code into the app. With GPS enabled or not, it gets stuck on accepting the terms of use and does not proceed. I tested using different profiles and all the same result.

I had the same issue on a Pixel 9a. I was able to resolve this by entering app info and granting all requested permissions to the app and also granting Google Play Services access to phone
