I have read that Pixels have had some lock screen issues after A16.
On latest Stable GOS.
Issue description/reproduction:
- Manually lock/turn off display with hw button
- Press hw button again before AOD display (clock, etc) loads
- Lock screen is blank expect for wallpaper and status bar -- no big clock, notifications, fingerprint, bottom text, or shortcuts. (Sometimes this content flashes for a split second and disappears.)
- Either swipe up or press hw button to turn off and on display again, at which point everything loads
Annoying when having to quickly unlock phone after locking, e.g. if you forget something.
Is this a known A16 bug? Did a rudimentary search but didn't find this exact issue
Edit for clarity: only happens if you turn the display on again before the always on content has loaded
