Can't Launch Pixel Camera - Crashing

Immediately upon opening the Pixel Camera app, it crashes. Other camera apps work fine. Reading the docs, it seems like this is a compatible app. Any thoughts on what I might need to do to get this working? I attached the crash logs for reference.

f6h4hea17sydsugeano0 How did you install Google Camera? The crash log says that the installer is Obtainium. If you downloaded an app from an apk website that might not be the legitimate version, be an old version, etc. To make sure it's not a broken/wrong package, you can try to install from Play Store.

I installed the newest version (from September 15th) from APKPure using Obtainium + AppVerifier (verified successfully). I was able to get it working by briefly enabling Google Play Services. It continued working for about 12 hours after disabling Google Play Services, but is back to chain crashing.

The docs indicate Pixel Camera "does not require GSF or sandboxed Google Play on GrapheneOS". Is there something else I'm missing in the setup?

f6h4hea17sydsugeano0 I believe you actually need to install it through Aurora or Google Play Store. Otherwise one of the components required to make it work won't install/activate.

Are those the only options that work for installing Pixel Camera? I believe both require a Google account, which is something I no longer have after going all-in on GrapheneOS. Which components are you referring to that aren't getting installed/activated?
