Delayed notifications

I have Pixel 6 running GrapheneOS 2025091000 and notifications timing is very unreliable. I care particularly about HomeAssistant, but it's not the only impacted app. I have Google Play services running, battery usage unrestricted. HomeAssistant is also unrestricted. I disabled "Suspend execution for cached apps", restarted phone several times, reinstalled HomeAssistant - nothing helps. All my search results point to unrestricted battery, but it's already done. Any ideas? Sometimes notifications are delayed for more than an hour and it's a breaking deal for me. Thank you.

Undo this change and disable developer options. That should not be changed from the default.

Thank you for the advise. I put it back to default value, restarted the phone and disabled developer options. Notifications are still delayed.

I fixed my problem by setting high priority to HomeAssistant notification config:

data: ttl: 0 priority: high

Notifications from other apps are still delayed, but they are not that critical for me.
