updating 2nd profile apps

I've created app in owner and pushed to 2nd profile.

then disabled in owner profile.

Please advise:

1) If I need to update in 2nd profile, do I have to go back to owner, enable and then update in owner ?

2) I have to install playstore in 2nd owner to update from there

Also,

3) Can I uninstall in owner and it will continue to live in 2nd profile?
