[Question] Locking Bootloader, Data Loss and Advice

Hello!

I was wondering a few things. I am running a Google Pixel 9 with GrapheneOS, and I want to check that everything I did during my install was correctly done.

How do I check that I locked the bootloader?
If I haven't locked the bootloader, do I need to image and backup my phone before locking it? I want to prevent data loss.

Any links to adb commands or documentation would be appreciated.

Good day!

Fastboot mode will tell you, or you can simply reboot your phone. The warning screen should be yellow, if it's red you didn't lock the bootloader (it will also tell you). Unlocking/locking wipes all data. You can use Auditor to verify the integrity of the operating system further.

Sorry for the late reply. I get a warning with a yellow <!> warning sign, with 'Your phone is loading a different operating system'. I guess that means I didn't forget to lock the bootloader.
