CrJ In secondary user settings, under "About phone" "device details" it's not showing the following values at all:
That's normal, these values are only visible in owner profile.
CrJ Yes, users are allowed to make phone calls and receive notifications, under owner settings.
Although @MetropleX asked before, just to be absolutely sure, again: Within your owner profile in settings>system>users open the panel for the specific secondary user. 'Turn on phone calls & SMS' toggle is enabled? You have to do this manually after creating a secondary profile, it's disabled by default.
And as @n3t_admin asked:
n3t_admin how about signal bars? Do you get any or is it straight up no service?
Do you have signal bar(s) on top of the screen in secondary user profile? Is the SIM-carrier's name shown there when swiping down 2 times from top to bottom to see all the quick settings and info?
