Balokzx Apple does not ban accounts where you'd sideload with your own Apple ID. they do ban accounts that share their signing certificates online. Your own Apple ID would not stop working in that case but side loaded apps will stop working and your device might be blacklisted for further sideloading if you repeat this a few times.
The security issues arise from you just trusting a random party from the internet (other than Apple) to give you a signing certificate. It's their certificate after all, they still have it. They could sign god knows what with that cert that you marked as trusted on your device (e.g. signing updates to the apps you sideloaded).
I would recommend you use SideStore and limit yourself to 3 sideloaded apps at a time or pay Apple 100$ a year for a developer cert.
