How can I tell if a Pixel 6a has a faulty battery?

You might have seen the reports of faulty batteries in some Pixel 6a phones. But I haven't been able to find what you'd think would be the most important piece of info - how to tell if a phone is affected. Does anyone know?

A Google Account is mandatory.

Please note that even if your battery is affected, the Google update for new battery management features will only be effective if your battery is +400 cycles.

grayway2 Thanks. But yeah I did see that, but its weird. Surely there's a way without a google account? It doesn't let you do it with a brand-new google account either without providing personal information to verify your age. Why can't they just provide a list of affected IMEIs (or whatever hardware ID)?

Have anyone (a GrapheneOS developer?) found an IMEI list or unrestricted API URL in a recent update or the battery app?
