Does it say that it's possible to use RCS on multiple user profiles on one Android device?

In an ideal world clearly that would work. But it is already known that there are many glitches with phone calls and old-fashioned SMS/MMS in secondary user profiles. Given that situation, and the reports earlier in this thread from other users, my hunch would be that it doesn't work. But perhaps @derpz and/or @Exhort14 can weigh in.
