[Feature Request] Backup to BackBlaze B2, et al

I understand a new backup capability is in the works. Will be much appreciated.

As part of this, I would like to see support for backing up to cloud storage. This would need to include client-side encryption, to ensure only the encrypted backup 'blob' is uploaded.

I'd especially like to see BackBlaze B2 support, as I believe they 'fit' wel with the overall GoS philosophy.

Hey! Do keep in mind that I'm not a GrapheneOS developer or project member, so what I'm saying here may not be accurate, but I believe that the plan is for the backup app to support arbitrary locations like cloud storage providers via the file manager.
