Installing without a second device and no computer

Can someone walk me through the os install or just tell me how its going to work without a computer or second device? Im fighting my way back from compromised device hell, monitoring, manipulation and interference from a relentless stalker. I cant afford to screw this up by cross contaminating another device. Please help.

Aaprotoche I am fairly confident that there is no way to replace the OS on a Pixel without using a second device. So I think it may be necessary to borrow or buy one.

Aaprotoche Same. As @de0u said, you will need a second device as GrapheneOS can't be installed unless you have a computer or android phone. If you use the phone method, I believe the phone installing it has to be running Android 12 or higher. You may want to read this if you haven't already.
