tac lovefromisrael I know of OSS Document Scanner, even have it installed but haven't really had the chance to test it out: https://github.com/Akylas/OSS-DocumentScanner
dregrinfuces There are some recommendations in this thread: https://discuss.grapheneos.org/d/10572-feature-request-pdf-scanner I'm back to using PDF Scanner from Tools & Utilities Apps (it's a bit irritating, but I'm used to it). I tried OSS Document Scanner for a while, but it was too much work for me to figure out.
spl4tt tac I use this quite a lot. It's the best app i've found for document scanning that is open source. It's really really good, especially when you apply those filters after scanning
W1zardK1ng Microsoft lens app is the one best worked for me, but they going to discontinue the app. Planning to get printer with scanner since none of the open source ones are not enough for me.
Murcielago Elgoog +1 OSS-DocumentScanner Depending on language and or document quality, I'm sometimes getting mixed results in text recognition but otherwise a great tool.
lovefromisrael can you use google drive scanning without allowing network and thus everything will be just fine? or maybe cam scanner?
spl4tt lovefromisrael I definitelly would not recommend cam scanner anymore. They got bought by a data company afaik. Srsly just use oss document scanner, and you'll be fine
lovefromisrael seems like a good app.. i just not sure how to disable auto saving when scanning a page..
monero4freedom on fdroid there is also MakeACopy app: https://f-droid.org/en/packages/de.schliweb.makeacopy/
