The general recommendation is usually to not buy from shops that don't officially disclose they are running GrapheneOS, but it is okay in that case.
Yeah I had heard that and they do seem reputable enough, I'm assuming my phone just had a hardware glitch, possibly even from factory and it just started showing.
Just try to return the phone and get a refund.
That is what I'm going to try and do. :)
