Apricorn flash keys, should I buy ?

I'm planning to buy 2 apricorn flash keys for backups but I have zero trust in their brute-force defense technology.

I'm thinking of creating an encrypted container inside each flash keys so I can have an additional barrier if the first is bypassed.

Are they worth buying or it's a waste of money ?

grayway2 For whatever it might be worth I think the DATASHUR devices have some FIPS certification.

The self destruct pin feature in these products is super kool and there are no products (except DATASHUR PRO) which offer anything like it.
It's a shame they're so expensive and closed source.

If someone could make an enclosure that worked like an apricorn but had interchangeable BYO storage that would be amazing.

Anyone know of anything like that?
