SMS, default app, not sending or receiving mms

Using the default graphoneOS sms client, and have the options clicked in the main user account to forward things.

messages work fine from the 2nd account, but MMS. Neither send or receiving works.

when receiving, I get a bubble, on the 2nd account, but not the ability to download the pics. Just a bubble with no ability to finish the downloads

when attempting to send, any size of pic, will not send, in the 2nd account. I have to go to the primary account to sent pics

is there something I am missing?

RodMyers Only things I can think of would be:

Reset mobile network settings in Settings > System > Reset options from the owner profile
Contact your provider to see if they can provide you with the correct APN settings, and verify they're correct in Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > *your provider's name* > Access Point Names

My cell provider is Google Fi.

Been through their tech support email system. No real help, no APN setting either.

Same as before. I can send/receive regular text/SMS messages, just unable to send/receive MMS
