Wifi Hotspot 10.xxx.xxx.xxx adresses

Do I need to worry, that my Adresses of my devices is in the 10.xxx.xxx.xxx ip adresses and not 192? This might sound like a noob question but could (in theory) my mobile provider access open ports of my connected devices to the pixel wifi hotspot? I mean its a /24 subnetmask so it shoulsnt be possible, but i was just wonderinf cause the last time i checked the ip adresses they were in the 192.16x.xxx.xxx ranges.

KitsuneNoBaka huh, never knew about the Class B private IP.

OP: for most cases, 10.x.x.x is a private IP address the same as 192.x.x.x is, there's just some differences in networking stuff that I don't understand. But for the end user they're functionally identical.
