I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. I had a physical sim working as normal, I toggled the eSim support, rebooted and when bought and I got the eSim QR code on my computer in an email, I scanned it with the phone and followed the directions. I have without any problems on my P6a deleted, re installed eSims, had multiple eSims installed and working and had a physical sim installed, without the slightest problem. I do when I have multiple sims, check the box for using one sim at a time, not both active. However I have in the past had two active sims.
