I would like to know your opinion on the choice of device for GrapheneOS.
First of all, my current situation:
I bought a Pixel 5 exclusively for GrapheneOS in 2020 and a Pixel 8 as a successor device in 2023.
I unfortunately broke my Pixel 8 and would like to continue using GrapheneOS in the future.
I would wait a few more months for my annual payment for a new smartphone. The Pixel 10 would probably be available by then.
Is it known whether the Pixel 10 will bring fundamental security benefits, as was the case with the Pixel 8 and MTE?
Will there be a GOS phone by the end of the year if the Pixel 10 is no longer compatible?
Or should I buy a cheaper but older Pixel 8 or 9?
Long battery life and long updates are most important to me. With the Pixel 8, my games often closed in the background, so a little more RAM would be desirable.
