How to record a signal video call + audio

I'm trying to record a signal video call. I tried using the built in screen capture feature, but this happened:

I select "record device audio + microphone"
i start the signal call
there is only video, no audio

Is there any other app that can do what I want?

I managed to replicate it like this:

start a screen recording (audio device + microphone) , and some background music from whatever app
you can talk, everything is fine
open the camera app, everything is fine
start a video inside the camera app, and your audio cuts off in the screen recording
once you pause/stop the video recording the audio in the screen recording returns. (Interstingly, clicking the mute button doesn't return the audio)

Is this some limitation with android and audio sources or IS there a way to record signal video calls with video + audio from you + the person talking without connecting your phone to like your desktop and OBS so you can be mobile and walk around at the same time?

hmmm. I found out a lot of stuff.

Basically it doesn't work because concurrent recording is not allowed because of security or privacy reasons on android.
Anybody know a way to bypass this? Bunch of indian guys on youtube just say "turn on screen recording device + audio" and then it works, but it doesn't work.

Are you trying to record in a secondary user profile? I have read it works much better in Owner but I never got it to work.

Mic audio in the recording goes silent when another app is using the mic.
