As far as smartwatches go, is Samsung Pay on Samsung smartwatches compatible with GrapheneOS? I wonder because, for some reason, Samsung is the only service I've found that supports my credit card. I would go with Garmin (anecdotally better privacy), but for some reason, it is not listed.
