Taxi App not working

Hi,

I am unable to use Taxi Berlin / Taxi EU App on the latest stable release. Installed from Play Store.

App starts, finds location, but is unable to show any street names (Uknown Address) and the text fields and buttons are not working. This makes it impossible to book a car.

However, the menu is working, so I can change settings etc.

Tried exploit compatibility mode without success.

Can anyone reproduce this and is there any known solution?

It seems to be a known issue, for some apps with translating location into a current address, see https://discuss.grapheneos.org/d/10845-location-ok-but-location-address-not-working

For Taxi Berlin/EU you have to manually fill in/type your current address to order a cab...it is the only way you can use the app.

Taxi/ride share apps are some of the most glitchy apps on GOS. See also the posts about the FreeNow app on this forum. If you can, try another app. If you care about privacy, I don’t think that those apps are great anyway.

So how do I enter any addresses? The Text input field does not work at all. Unable to type anything.

Weird, for me it works...if I tap on 'unkown address' when I'm located on the map, the menu for entering current address and desired destination pops up together with the keyboard.
