trueBlue I have installed GrapheneOS from Fedora. Just follow the Web installer instructions as though you are using Arch Linux. When you get to the step about installing udev rules, you will notice the Arch package android-udev has no equivalent on Fedora - but don't fear. Other than that udev step, there's no reason it should be different than installing on Arch. You even have the option of using Brave for your browser, which has an official rpm package for Fedora.
