How to install Graphene OS using Fedora 42?

Cant seem to find easy to follow and updated guides on this.

Any pointers would be really helpful. Thank you in advance

trueBlue use the web installer with a non-flatpak version of any Chromium based browser (I used Brave with the Brave Sheilds off and it worked without needing to install anything with no issue)

trueBlue hey, worked for me with Chromium indeed; I think I had short problems with exclusive USB access (don't remember the particulars but ultimately it was my fault for having something open), but at the end it worked.

trueBlue I have installed GrapheneOS from Fedora. Just follow the Web installer instructions as though you are using Arch Linux. When you get to the step about installing udev rules, you will notice the Arch package android-udev has no equivalent on Fedora - but don't fear. The Arch package links to the upstream code, which has installation instructions for other distros: https://github.com/M0Rf30/android-udev-rules#other-distros

Other than that udev step, there's no reason it should be different than installing on Arch. You even have the option of using Brave for your browser, which has an official rpm package for Fedora.

AFAIK you need udev rules, e.g. from here https://github.com/M0Rf30/android-udev-rules which has the entry for Pixel fastboot https://github.com/M0Rf30/android-udev-rules/blob/main/51-android.rules#L238.

By the way, I've just flashed GrapheneOS from within the Ungoogled Chromium flatpak https://flathub.org/apps/io.github.ungoogled_software.ungoogled_chromium on Fedora 42.

I did mine just using adb commands with Fedora 42.
