Calendar odd behaviour

New to Graphene OS but installed on new Google Pixel 9 Pro XL, managed to export calendar data from old android phone but with new calendar, when I touch the day (Month view) on the screen to add a new task or event, it always takes me to the wrong date. Sometimes it is the previous day, other times several days prior.

I've looked through the settings but cannot find anything obvious. Clearly this isn't a major issue as I can just click forward to the day/date I need but has anyone else come across this? If so, do you have a solution?

Considering that GrapheneOS does not come with a calendar app, then this is something to take up with the developer of whatever calendar app you're using.

Dumdum There was one when I installed it - just called Calendar (same black and white icon as all the other basic apps)

JJS GrapheneOS doesn't come with its own usable calendar app. But since your calendar app comes with the icon, I presume it shows in the app drawer of the launcher. Long press the icon and view App info. Scroll all the way down and towards the bottom under the divider should be a package name, something like com.android.calendar or similar and version. Could you tell us what do you see?

Not in launcher, but I found it under Settings > Apps > System apps.

Technically there is a calendar app, but it's not supposed to show up in the launcher. Maybe @JJS is launching it some other way, or with a different launcher other than the default?

I believe it's still there for some minimal functionality, but not expected to be used as a real calendar app. It would be best to use something else entirely.

That fails to explain why it has the "same black and white icon as all the other basic apps" as JJS said though (especially since that "Calendar" has a green/white/gray icon as far as it shows on my device).

Good point. I didn't check what the calendar's icon looks like before posting. Could be an icon pack or something like that? But it's seeming less likely that the app in question is the stock one.

My mistake - I did see the calendar icon but then installed the familiar one I had been using - so sorry for the confusion. You know what it's like swapping phones - so many apps - bah! Will take it up with the creator.
