sterobe I have both the Pixel 9 Pro and the Pixel Tablet. If you're looking for a laptop replacement, I think it's worth waiting for the Pixel Laptop. It will run on Android and there's a good chance you'll be able to install GOS on it.
I don't know if there will be new versions of the Pixel Tablet. Is it a good laptop replacement? It depends on what you want to do, but probably not. In my opinion, the screen resolution could be better. The Pixel Tablet is also not as secure as the Pixel 8 and Pixel 9 (doesn't support MTE - memory tagging).
However, the alternative to the Laptop and Tablet is desktop mode on the phone. Android 16 will offer something similar to Samsung DeX. So maybe instead of a tablet, it's better to invest in a powerful Pixel, a monitor (including a mobile one) and some kind of docking station.
