Sandboxed Google Play Services Permissions for instand notifications

I have all three sandboxed Google Apps installed and would like to know how I can enjoy the full functionality of the apps (especially instand notifications) while giving as few permissions as possible.

However, I currently get the instand notifications with what feels like a delay of about 10 minutes.

Can you tell me which app needs which minimum permissions and battery usage for these notifications to work smoothly?

Currently, the setup looks like this:

-Google Play Store:
-- Permissions: No Permissions
-- Battery Usage: Optimised

Google Play Services
-- Permissions: Network
-- Battery Usage: Unrestricted
Google Servie Framework
-- Permissions: Network
-- Battery Usage: Optimised

Maximum Make sure to give Play Store the Network permission.

Also, make sure that you've installed other apps after installing the Google apps, not before.
