It's a static curated list of known trackers (Exodus Privacy).
It can't detect privacy invasive code.
It's info on trackers is inaccurate.
It detects most apps including any of the Firebase libraries as using Firebase Analytics even though many of them aren't using it.
It only has a blacklist of libraries which they've deemed to be tracking libraries, despite in some cases not being very invasive and being used for often optional crash reporting, etc.
It makes a list of 3rd parties libraries they've decided are bad and refer to as trackers. Apps detected as having these libraries are marked as having trackers. These also include things like crash reporting even if it's optional.
