How to set esim access point MVNO type and number?

Hi, I just installed graphene on my new pixel 7 and I'm having some trouble getting the Mint Mobile e-sim that I transferred from my old device to work on the new one.

I'm following the instructions here: https://www.mintmobile.com/help/how-to-configure-android-settings/

However I don't see any place to enter the MVNO type and number in my access point settings.

I tried just saving the access point and restarting anyway to see if it works without that but unfortunately it doesn't work.

Anyone know how to set the MVNO type and number for an esim access point?

Or have any experience getting a Mint esim working?
